Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

At Suraj.dev, we value our clients' time. Cancellation requests are accepted before the project initiation phase. For ongoing full-stack or AI projects, cancellation will only be processed after settling the outstanding dues for milestones already achieved and resources deployed.

Refund Eligibility

Since we deliver non-tangible digital software services, refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• Failure to initiate the project within the agreed timeline.
• Irreparable technical defects in the delivered core module.
